I’m certified in Train the Trainer and experienced in using psychometric tools for individual and team analysis. One hour of research is included; additional research can be purchased if needed.
**Your 3-hour workshop package includes:**
- A detailed tutor timetable with activity breakdowns, guidance notes, flipchart prompts, and slide links
- Tutor prompts, plus opening and closing questions to support group engagement
- A participant workbook (minimum 8 pages, Word format)
- A PowerPoint slide deck (minimum 15 slides, white background, ready for your branding), with trainer notes (~60 words per slide)
- Activity design: one energiser and two core exercises, each with tutor and participant versions
- An optional Action Learning Set (approx. 1 hour 40 minutes) to deepen learning
- Feedback and reflection sheets
Delivery is typically within 3 working days. One round of revisions is included. I’ll check in during the design process if anything needs clarification—so please ensure you're available for feedback.

I need your outline and learning outcomes, i.e., what you want the workshop to achieve, your audience needs, and the research/content you want me to include relating to your business. Please send it as a PDF or Word document. I include one hour of research, but more may be needed, so to ensure depth of content coverage, please add as an extra.
