What the Seller needs to start the work

In order to get started we will need:

- Directions regarding the kind of information you need to gain, customer satisfaction, product reviews, market research etc.

- List of email contacts (as stated previously - Active Outcomes will only send a survey to contacts you supply).

- Details of any incentives for respondents (e.g. prize/discounts/gift vouchers).

- A bit of background information about your organisation so that we can tell people why we are contacting them.
