What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will tailor your training requests to your organization's needs by conducting a complete training needs analysis to build the course to your requirements. I would need to communicate with the stakeholder to understand further the objectives that need to be covered.
We will work together to ensure you are happy with the content; this will allow you to mention if you would like me to add or remove some content in training.
When you are happy with the content, I will run a virtual train-the-trainer session with whoever is expected to run the course.
