Here's the thing I've noticed. Most people posting a job on here aren't really sure what's wrong. They know something's slow, or broken, or costing them hours, and they're hoping whoever they hire can work it out. That's the actual job: diagnosis first, then the fix.

Sometimes you do not need a complete rebuild. You need someone to investigate a problem, find out what is causing it, and get things working again. I can help with website issues, integration errors, workflow problems, configuration, testing and technical fixes. I will explain what I find in plain English and let you know if the issue needs more investigation.
