You already have a MailChimp account and a captive audience, and you understand the value of having well thought out, beautifully designed email newsletters and campaigns, and are now ready to engage your subscription members.
However, you may not have the time, the design background or the knowledge of how to use MailChimp to its full potential, so that you can send out well designed, targeted campaigns that will maximise your email marketing strategy.
Perhaps you are planning an ambitious, long running campaign or you may just be thinking of producing one simple newsletter to send out on a regular basis.
As a fully educated and qualified graphic designer with eight years professional experience, I will work with you in order to ensure that your emails are beautifully designed and most importantly with the right message.
Your email newsletter will be designed and built using a MailChimp template in your account (You can either give me key-chain access or the login details to your account), and once the design and content has been approved and signed off, I will test the newsletter by sending pre-campaign emails to a variety email accounts and checking for any broken images or links before making the newsletter available to you.
Whether it’s just a simple one time design or a long term campaign I am able to discuss your needs in order to give you a fully individual and bespoke quote for the project.
The fee shown here is for the design, set up, amends and testing of one single newsletter. Updating of the content details for further publications after sign off of the design is then the responsibility of the client.
Support and guidance on how to do this can be made available.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
• A detailed brief, outlining your target audience and what your aims are for the newsletter.
• A introduction to your business. (Who you are and what you do).
• Your company branding and or images you wish to be used in the design, including logo, colour palette and any fonts your company uses (not all are necessary, but can aid the process).
• The content (the copy).
• A campaign set up in Mailchimp along with a 'from name' and 'reply to' email address.
• Ideally you will have a list of subscribers set up too, if not, this can be added later **Please note, I only work with the design and basic set up of the template and can't upload lists for you**.
• A deadline when the project is required.
