What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need sketch of your idea to have imagine what you want exactly to be created. The sketch can be in any format you prefer (it can be also handmade). I needed it because each person has his/her own requirements and needings of areas that are included in architectural design. It's possible to send me your requirements in text explanation where you have mentioned the sizes and numbers of rooms you need and some more information about the construction spot that you need to be designed.
