What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need sketch of your idea to have imagine what you want exactly to be created. The sketch can be in any format you prefer (it can be also handmade). I needed it because each person has his/her own requirements of areas and view of house. It is possible to send me your requirements in text explanation where you have mentioned the sizes and numbers of rooms you need and some more information about the drawing. I'm opened to discuss for project before to start it, because we must negotiate all small particulars that have to be discussed and cleared in the begining.
