What you get with this Offer
Your emails should look as good in Outlook as they do on an iPhone. I'll design and hand-code a responsive HTML email template that displays correctly in every major inbox, ready to send from your email platform.
You'll receive:
- 1 custom email template designed around your brand (logo, colours, fonts), or coded pixel-perfect from your own Figma, PSD or XD design
- Hand-coded, table-based HTML with inline CSS: the reliable way to build emails that don't break
- Fully responsive: stacks neatly on mobile, with readable text and tap-friendly buttons
- Tested in Gmail, Outlook (desktop and web), Apple Mail, Yahoo and on iPhone and Android
- Retina-ready images, alt text and a plain-text fallback for better deliverability
- Reusable sections (header, hero, content blocks, buttons, footer with unsubscribe link) so you can build future emails yourself
- Ready to import into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Brevo, Campaign Monitor or any platform that accepts custom HTML
- 2 rounds of revisions
Ideal for newsletters, product launches, promotions, welcome emails and order or event announcements.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Your logo, brand colours and fonts (or your website link so I can match them)
2. Your design file (Figma, PSD, XD) if you already have one, or 1-2 example emails you like
3. The email's purpose (newsletter, promotion, welcome, announcement) and the sections you need
4. Your text and images, or placeholders are fine if the content isn't ready
5. Which email platform you send from (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)
6. Your footer details: company address and social links
