What you get with this Offer
I have 30 years experience specialising in design for children including plush toys, soft dolls, character creation and interpreting characters from book illustrations for ass production. Leaving a factory to interpret a drawing as a toy can produce some laughable results! It's important to give the factory clear information about how the toys is constructed and be aware of how different fabrications behave and the best way of interpreting features in a way that can realistically be manufactured.
My price for a plush toy is between £275 and £325 each. This includes:
1) Design one view
2) One round of revisions
3) Design additional views (Front back sides and provide Pantone colors, embroidery, print and hardware details and fabric suggestions)
4) One round of revisions
Additional revisions, if required, will be charged at £56 per hour.
I can provide examples of a complete package. I provide illustrations, front, back and side views and fabrications, Pantone colors and embroidery or print details that are sufficient for a manufacturer to produce a prototype. These are provided as ai Adobe Illustrator files with jpegs for review (not 3D software). Once you have a sample, for an additional fee, I can also provide sample reviews, feedback and revisions in a format the factory can understand. This would be charged at my hourly rate of £56 per hour.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide images of the style of toy/character you like with emphasis on the pose you like and style of face. Make sure you include real toys and not just ai images. Ai images are OK for inspiration but they can make the impossible look possible! If you are working from a book illustration please provide images that show the character form various angles. Please include real toy images, not just AI.
