*** What is included in this offer ***
The price stated is intended for a high quality *solid black and white* vector design that includes all the basic elements of a Family Crest:
The shield, contents of the shield, 1 or 2 banners with text, 2 support animals, 'helmet' area, ornaments.
For a different color type or more elements the quote will have to be adjusted.
*** How it works ***
The work is divided between in two milestones, paid separately.
First sketches, once we have discussed your briefing and you have made the deposit, I’ll create go through a sketch with you. Once you approve the final sketch, only then we will make the final art.
*** Delivery Time ***
The maximum amount of time that the offer allows me to put is 5 days, but this is EXTREMELY unrealistic since a proper design usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the size, style and complexity, I may have other projects in line, or if I’m contacted before the weekend. Please contact me first to make sure I’m available to meet your deadlines.
*** TERMS ***
• For security and time management reasons I will only book your time and start a job after the sketch deposit has been made. First come first served.
• Unless previously and expressly agreed with the client, I retain the right to display the resulting artworks in my personal portfolios or to other prospective clients.
• Revision meaning: a small and reasonable change made to the final image. Note: not a complete make over. Revisions are not unlimited and the sketch process exists so they are not needed for begin with.
• Any form of unplanned work that is requested AFTER the work fee is agreed and paid for and that it leads to unexpected extra work will require extra fees. This include for example: excessive changes of mind, extra versions not disclosed before, excessive amount of revisions to the sketches, etc
• The most important thing is that you are happy with the work, but if for some reason you are not, we'll work it out on a case per case basis.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. That you contact me first to discuss the details of your Coat of Arms to make sure I'll be on time and the quote is right for the complexity of your project (it could be less, or more).
2. It is encouraged that you buy this hourlie with a clear idea of the elements you wish included in the coat of arms, please provide me with the description, for example: what animals the supporters are going to be, what text do you want on the scrolls.
3. Optional: references of designs you like, many or others found in the internet, in case you want me to try to approach a specific style.
***3D: in the case of re-making the CoA as a 3D model, I need at least 3 weeks time, 4 to be safe, it's a long process and impossible to deliver within the 5 days that PeoplePerHour forces me to input on this offer. if you are interested in a 3D Coat of Arms, it is better that you contact me first so I can make a customized proposal.
