What you get with this Hourlie
When I design an album cover (or anything really) I always work closely with my clients, focusing on their visions and expectations. I believe in bespoke and original designs that are perfectly tailored for the person I'm working for.
So how do we do this? Sometimes I'm sent reference images or my client lets me know what style they want the image to have or they just tell me the feeling they want the art work to embody.
In case of the colourful cover for instance, the instructions were: a colourful image that reflects on the complexity of the tracks the artist creates. My first idea was a prism with colourful paint splashing out of it but the artist wasn't completely satisfied so I kept transforming and smoothing it until it became this piece.
In the case of the second image, my client told me that he wanted the artwork to reflect on the experience of being alone and he sent me an image of himself and asked me to place it in an environment that looks deserted.
So what do you get (you might ask)?
I can create an original, bespoke album cover for web and/or print.
I will come up with concepts based on your ideas, expectations and vision.
I offer unlimited revisions to make sure you get exactly what you are satisfied with. :-)
What the Seller needs to start the work
To start off I'll need:
1. Your artist name and the album title.
2. Images in high quality (if you have any you want to include).
3. Names of songs/tracks if the cover will be for printing.
4. Any concepts you have, any references, styles, colours, anything that you have in mind.
Also I need to know whether it will be for web or printing or both. If you will get it printed, and you know which company you'll go with, it would be helpful for me to know the exact measurements they work with (this can vary from company. to company).
