You've done the hard part, you've written a great book that deserves to be read. Even if you're intimidated by the ebook creation process, or haven't been floored by the results you've gotten with the automated services, and ebook software, out there, that's no reason to give up.
I'm ready to take your content (text and images) and hand craft it into a professionally ebook in both the ePub and mobi formats. This service will include:
1. Custom markup (html and css) of the source content.
2. Custom chapter, section, etc. header design suggestions, if appropriate for the content, from which you can select a final design.
3. Custom typography design suggestions, including sourcing professional-grade fonts, from which you can select a final design.
4. Quality assurance testing against multiple ereader platforms/devices, as well as a two-stage ePub file validation.
Your ebook will be ready for submission to Amazon, Google Books, and Apple's iBook store (ISBN required for iBooks submission), as well as other major second-tier eBook retailers.
Please note, this hourly is for manuscripts up to 120 pages, or approx. 42,000 words.
If your document is longer, you can use the add-on to increase the word count cap.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Final approved (i.e. copy edited) text in a word processor format (odt, rtf, txt, doc, docx, etc.). Conversion from PDF source document will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
