All of the Financial Business Plans will be completed by Richard, who will leverage his expertise gained during 25 years in Senior Finance and Business Roles including: Senior Vice President of Finance at Citigroup & Finance Director and Business Head at American Express to ensure you have a robust and well thought out business model.
We will complete the analysis and return to you for your review and then schedule a call to discuss the financials to ensure complete alignment. Final documents will be in the form of Excel templates that can be modified at a future date and powerpoint slides.

As part of the completion of any financial models we would first start by understanding your business and then working through all the key assumptions and business drivers to ensure that the financials produced are robust and are reflective of your current state and future state of your business.
We would schedule an initial discussion with you so that we can discuss what's outlined above, understand what the financials will be used for and align on timelines to completion.
