10 years previous experience customizing multiple types of CRM systems. Customization experience includes databases, workflow, settings, reports, forecasts, and more. I am most proficient with SalesForce, SugarCRM and Zoho CRM., although I have worked on other CRM systems and pick new ones up very quickly due to their similarities.
