What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Your store's .myshopify.com address (I need it to create your private app's install link)
2. A screenshot of the admin page (order, product or customer) and a short note on what you'd like to see or do there
3. For printouts: an example or rough sketch of the layout you want
4. Staff or collaborator access so I can test (if you use a collaborator request code, please send it)
5. The store owner, or staff with app permissions, to approve the install when it's ready
6. If you chose the add-on to connect another system (Google Sheets, email or a CRM): which one, and access to it
