Create virtual staging or 3D render for your property listing

What you get with this Offer
I take your empty floor plans, raw spaces, or basic images and turn them into clean, photorealistic visuals that feel real, lived-in, and ready to sell. Whether you’re a real estate agent trying to close faster, a developer marketing off-plan properties, or an Airbnb host trying to increase bookings, I create visuals that make your listing stand out instantly.
I don’t treat this like just another render job. I approach every project the same way I would if I were selling the property myself. That means carefully choosing furniture styles that match your target market, balancing lighting so the space feels natural, and making sure every detail, from textures to shadows, looks believable and high-end.
If you send me a blank room or a simple floor plan, what you’ll get back is a fully staged, realistic interior that looks like it was professionally photographed. The kind of image that makes buyers pause, click, and take action.
You won’t have to worry about unrealistic designs or generic templates. Everything is tailored to your property, your audience, and your goal, whether that’s faster sales, higher perceived value, or better engagement on your listing.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, I’ll need clear input so I can match the final result to your vision and target market. You can send me your floor plans, reference images, sketches, or even photos of the empty space. If you already have a style in mind, modern, luxury, minimal, Airbnb-friendly, feel free to share inspiration images as well.
Also let me know who the property is targeting. A family home, short-term rental, or high-end buyer all require different staging styles, and getting that right is what makes the render actually convert.
If dimensions or measurements are available, include them so I can keep everything accurate and proportional. The more context you provide, the more realistic and effective the final result will be.
