What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need any documentation you have on terms and conditions of employment and the details of the employee that the contract is for as follows:
• Name of Employer (Full registered company name and address)
• Name of employee
• Date of commencement of employment
• Job title
• Line Manager
• Place of work - Office Address / Hybrid Working – what is the split? / Fully remote/Home working?
• Salary (Annual/daily/hourly)
• Bonus (if any and if so, when are these paid)
• Hours of work (start and end times, Mon – Fri, total weekly hours, 1 hour for lunch break)
• Overtime eligibility
• Holiday entitlement and holiday period (No. of days + bank holiday & holiday year)
• Pension (Provider, level of contribution)
• Benefits (Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Critical Illness)
• Sick pay (statutory only or company enhanced)
• Other paid leave - Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Shared Parental or Parental Bereavement leave (full policies can be purchased separately)
