Create structural engineering drawings for permit approval

This offer is for owners, designers and contractors who already have an architectural layout and now need structural drawings prepared for building permit approval. I will produce coordinated structural engineering drawings that show how the building will be supported and constructed, ready for review by the permitting authority and your licensed engineer of record.

Using your architectural plans and design brief, I can prepare structural framing plans, foundation plans, key sections, general notes and typical details appropriate to the scale of the project. Drawings are laid out in CAD with clear dimensions, member labels, notes and call‑outs so that calculations can be checked and contractors can understand the structural intent.

Important note: I am preparing structural drawings and coordination, but I do not act as the licensed engineer of record and I do not provide the official engineering stamp. Your appointed licensed PE / structural engineer will review, sign and stamp the drawings in line with local regulations. My role is to give you a complete, clean and coordinated set that is ready for that final approval step.

This package is ideal for residential projects, small commercial buildings and extensions where the architectural design is already defined and structural documentation is now required for permit submission.
