This package includes heating and cooling equipment placement, duct layouts, supply and return air distribution, ventilation plans, and mechanical notes organized in PDF format suitable for permit submissions and contractor coordination. Two revisions are included for minor changes.

This offer excludes Manual J load calculations, commercial projects, licensed engineer stamps, and projects exceeding 2,000 sq ft. Additional services can be discussed through a custom proposal.
