I will produce the necessary block plans, elevations and floorplans to assist with applications submitted to the local council for residential garden buildings.
I work to 5 working days on receipt of the information needed to carry out the plans and this includes all sketches measurements and photos of the project in question. I will begin by creating the floorplans to suit the site and will revise once the buyer is happy with the use of the space. I will create the block plans whilst waiting for the floorplan comments and then once they have been approved I will work on the elevations and revise to any comments raised at this stage,
