What the Freelancer needs to start the work
The data can be either on a tabular format (xlsx, dbf, csv..etc) or GIS format (shapefile, mapinfo file).
Spatial datasets within UK region are not necessary as i already have them.
Please send as many details as possible regarding the type of outputs that you would like.
