What you get with this Offer
I create coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings for US permit submission, and the coordinated part matters here, because most of the rejections I see on MEP sets come from the three trades being drawn in isolation rather than checked against each other.
The package covers HVAC layout (duct runs, equipment placement, and basic ventilation routing), an electrical panel and circuit plan (outlets, lighting, panel schedule), and plumbing and drainage routing (supply lines, drain/waste/vent paths, fixture locations). Each trade is drawn on its own sheet but cross-referenced against your architectural floor plan, so wall locations, room layout, and fixture placement match what's actually being built.
Before delivery, I check the three trades against each other for clashes, a duct run crossing a drain line, an electrical panel landing where plumbing needs to route, that kind of conflict, so your reviewer isn't the first person to notice it, and so the contractor isn't the one who finds out mid-installation.
Delivered as a clean, coordinated PDF set, with the native DWG file available on request if your engineer or local jurisdiction needs the editable version.
Covers California, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona residential and small commercial projects. If you're outside those states, message me first so I can confirm I can match the local code conventions before you order.
