What the Freelancer needs to start the work
A short brief: goal, target audience, and primary action (e.g., lead form, booking, purchase).
Examples of 2–4 websites you like (links) and what you like about them.
Brand assets: logo files (SVG/PNG), brand colors, fonts (or font names).
Page list and the content for each page (headings, short paragraphs, images) — or indicate you’ll provide later and choose the “content layout” add-on.
Preferred layout or any must-have features (contact form, booking, blog, store).
Access details if needed later (hosting, CMS, or developer accounts) — not required for initial design.
