A proforma will be used to gather information on the work activity so all the hazards can be listed and assessed. The risk assessment will be prepared within 1 day once the proforma is received. The draft risk assessment will be discussed to determine if all the correct information is included before being finalised. Following our discussion I will be able to further adapt or finalise this assessment. The format of the risk assessment will be in an editable Word document so it can be updated in the future.
