Create a realistic visualization of the building's exterior

As a result of my fulfillment of such an order, you will receive:
-A realistic frontal visualization of the building's exterior that best matches your original drawings (facades and floor plans), taking into account your wishes for wall cladding, building colors, and other individual features of your specific building.

NOTE:
-This offer is based on the order result being a frontal image, and the order result will be a visualization image of your building from any of its sides, made at a 90-degree angle (orthogonal).
-As part of your order, we provide a visualization of one side of the building of your choice. Typically, this is a visualization of the front side, where the entrance or entrances to the building are located.
-This order also includes the possibility of visualizing the building's exterior in isometric view, with the building positioned at a 45-degree angle in both the horizontal and vertical planes. The price of such visualization will be significantly higher since it requires much more time to complete and will also require the creation of a 3D model that will need to be visualized as a result.
-You can also consider visualization by creating a 3D model in AutoCAD and texturing it. However, such a visualization will not look as realistic as a visualization created in Photoshop.
-The price for completing an order may vary depending on the specific case and scope of work. Therefore, before confirming or purchasing such a proposal, it is imperative that we first discuss all the terms of your case and subsequently reach an agreement based on that discussion.

IMPORTANT: before placing an order, first check with me to see if the materials you provide me will be enough to complete such an order, and also for us to discuss your particular case and the possibility of its implementation, as well as the price specifically for your case. An order will be considered placed/discussed only after we have discussed all the conditions of your order before starting to process it. Without prior discussion of all conditions BEFORE order confirmation, such an order will be considered "unilateral" and will be considered invalid. Such actions help prevent/avoid possible misunderstandings between me and the customer, and also ensure that no "surprises" arise as a result of the order.
