I have no desire to be mean
But realistically I absolutely don’t recommend
I asked for a 3D model for 3D printing first the most important even having to extend the dead line because the job wasn’t well done, the file had holes gaps, and just isn’t good

I basically had to settle for a very medium 3D model, made in stress because Mahmoud was really hard to communicate with.
To the level that he kept justifying himself in a very unprofessional way, like changing the plan we had agreed on ( with proof = meaning it is literally in the document he created) and arguing about who was “right “
I felt like I paid an enormous amount of money (500€ and at the beginning he asked for 900€………) for a very unprofessional job, tough communication, just because I had to because of a deadline ….

So I am beyond disappointed, specially from someone who advertise himself as very professional ( and sorry but had to be said working for Las Vegas can’t be an excuse for asked improvements during preview discussions it is just arrogant and evasive, it is a discussion in a professional context, having those discussions are not a reflexion on all your previous work, it is just about making the end result something we are both happy to have ….. )

3rd project with Mahmoud- this time testing a brand new concept and the result was perfect!!!

This was my second project with Mahmoud and he was once again excellent. He sets clear expectations around timeframes and asks questions to ensure our vision is shared, with the result that he delivered exactly what I was after, within the timeframe I needed it.

This was my first time on PPH and I couldn't be happier with what Mahmoud did for me and how he did it. He delivered an excellent finished 3D render. Communicating with me to ensure that we were on the same page and delivering bang on time.
