I have worked across the armed forces, international business, people management and SME growth, with a strong focus on HR, health and safety, compliance and workplace standards.
I help businesses put proper foundations in place. That includes employee handbooks, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, absence processes, health and safety documentation, risk assessments and practical compliance systems that actually work in the real world.
