What you get with this Offer
I will produce the necessary block plans, elevations and floorplans to assist with applications submitted to the local council for residential properties. This is and not exhausted to granny annexes, extensions, garden buildings and change of use.
I work to 5 working days on receipt of the information needed to carry out the plans and this includes all sketches measurements and photos of the project in question. I will begin by creating the floorplans to suit the site and will revise once the buyer is happy with the use of the space. I will create the block plans whilst waiting for the floorplan comments and then once they have been approved I will work on the elevations and revise to any comments raised at this stage,
