Create a basic 2D prototype / proof of concept of a game

Given a brief or a Skype discussion i can go ahead and make a basic proof of concept / prototype of a game.

This will include game mechanics and general game play.

Please keep in mind that this will be a prototype and not a polished article. However, if you are happy with the prototype / proof of concept then we could of course talk about fleshing it out into a polished game.
