- Modeling needed for the agreed view, materials, lighting and standard scene dressing.
- A draft view for review before final rendering.
- Two consolidated revision rounds within the original design and agreed camera view.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Before ordering, send dimensioned floor plans and relevant elevations/sections (DWG or readable PDF), or a usable SketchUp/3ds Max model; the desired camera angle; material/colour references; furniture or landscaping references; and intended image use. Confirm one room or one house exterior and one view. I will check the files and confirm scope and delivery before you order. Please identify any missing dimensions; they will not be invented.
