I hold a university degree in architecture and apply that training to produce precise, buildable drawings. I deliver files in DWG, DXF, STL, FBX, OBJ, PDF and other common formats. I also deliver raster and vector graphic exports (PSD, PNG, JPG) and scalable vector files (SVG) for presentations, logos and other uses.
One of my most requested services is PDF-to-CAD conversion (DWG/DXF). I recreate accurate vector geometry directly in AutoCAD by tracing and digitising contours from PDFs, scans, photos or hand sketches. The final drawing will be saved in a version and format compatible with your AutoCAD, and I ensure the file opens correctly.
As a freelancer I offer the following services:
- Design and drafting in AutoCAD; creation of 3D models in DWG, DXF, STL, FBX and other formats.
- Conversion of PDFs, images or hand sketches to CAD formats (DWG, DXF).
- Modifications to existing drawings and independent technical review of documentation.

- PDF editing: adding watermarks, annotations and signatures; editing text and backgrounds; page numbering; merging and splitting files; compression; page deletion; stamping and other manipulations.
- Creation of 2D and 3D vector logos.
- Raster image editing in Adobe Photoshop and creation of vector SVG files.
- Digitization of paper maps or raster map images into vector format — precise redraw in CAD/vector formats (DWG, DXF, AI, SVG), including cleaning, georeferencing and delivery in requested projection and file type.
- CV (resume) writing and editing.
- AutoCAD training (2D and 3D) and consulting on non‑standard AutoCAD tasks.
- Geodesy services, full cycle, including:
- processing geodetic surveys;
- preparation of as‑built (executive) drawings and reports;
- preparation of layout/setting‑out drawings for landscaping, axes and building contours;
- construction of 3D terrain models from geodetic point clouds (in CAD coordinates);
- calculation of cut-and-fill volumes from 3D models;
- generation of 3D relief models from 2D maps;
- Calculation of object coordinates from maps — extraction and conversion of map features to real-world coordinates (georeferencing, coordinate transformation, CSV/CSV+GIS layers), with accuracy notes and coordinate system specification.
- acquisition of satellite surface data and production of 2D plans and 3D surface models with 5 m contour interval for areas up to 50 km² per day, including roads and 3D buildings;
- preparation of geodetic drawings for marking slab contours and other building elements (site tape‑measure setting‑out);
- consultation on building settlement measurements and quarterly monitoring.
- Preparation of drawings and 3D models for CNC machining.
- Preparation of detailed drawings and 3D models for patent applications.
- Structural engineering calculations for beams and floor slabs; preparation of drawings for floors/roofs; development of engineering solutions for non‑standard cases.
- Creation of complex tables, charts and diagrams.
- Any CAD‑related drafting/modeling work (excluding portraiture of people and sculpting).
- Revisions to existing 3D models.
- Production of moderately realistic interior and exterior visualizations (images/renders).

Payment and acceptance
- Payment of the invoice through the PeoplePerHour platform constitutes acceptance of the delivered work. Once payment is completed, the work is considered accepted and I am not obligated to make further corrections to any drawings or files that were accepted prior to payment.
Deliverables and file formats
- By default, all drawings and 3D models are produced in AutoCAD (DWG/DXF) format. If you require a different file format, you must notify me before work begins. Converting delivered files to another format after the order is complete will incur an additional fee. In some cases conversion to certain formats may not be technically possible; if a specific format is essential, inform me before placing the order.
Scope, revisions and additional work
- Before starting work, you must provide a complete description of the required scope, including any one‑time correction or change included in the price. Any subsequent modifications requested after the order has started that were not part of the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and billed separately. Additional fees reflect the extra time and resources required to implement such changes.

- My price quote is based on the information provided in your order and my estimate of the time required to complete the work. To avoid misunderstandings, please provide full and accurate details when requesting a quote and promptly answer any questions I ask before work begins.
