This is a remote desktop assessment. It is completed using the Safety Data Sheet and workplace information supplied by the buyer. No site visit is included.
The buyer remains responsible for confirming that the completed assessment accurately reflects the workplace, task, employees and control measures in place.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I can complete the COSHH assessment using your company’s existing assessment template, provided it is supplied in an editable format. Alternatively, I can use my own professional COSHH assessment format.
After purchase, I will email you a short COSHH Client Information Form requesting the essential details needed to complete the assessment, including the current Safety Data Sheet, task description, quantity used, frequency and duration of use, users, location and existing controls.
The completed COSHH assessment will be delivered within 24 hours after I receive both:
- The completed client information form
- The current Safety Data Sheet
The 24-hour delivery period does not begin until all required information has been received. The assessment will be provided in Word and PDF formats unless the buyer requests otherwise.
