What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide the following information so I can prepare your commercial kitchen layout:
1. Existing Floor Plan (Essential)
Preferred: DWG or DXF file of the existing floor plan.
Alternatively: PDF floor plan drawn to scale.
If neither is available, provide a clear sketch with accurate measurements.
2. Building Dimensions
Overall internal length and width.
Ceiling height, if available.
Dimensions and positions of doors, windows, columns and other fixed obstructions.
3. Project Requirements
Type of establishment (restaurant, café, takeaway, bar, hotel, etc.).
Required kitchen equipment list, if available.
Number of covers or expected production capacity.
Any specific workflow, storage or operational requirements.
4. Additional Information (If Available)
Existing kitchen photographs.
Reference layouts or inspiration images.
Project location (city and country).
Any known requirements relating to ventilation, gas, electrical or plumbing services.
Important: An accurately dimensioned floor plan is essential for producing a practical layout. If you only have a sketch or an unscaled PDF, please include as many accurate measurements as possible.
Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure whether your drawings contain sufficient information. I will review your files and advise you on the next steps.
