This task covers a final backend clean-up, operational validation, and admin walkthrough to ensure the Wix platform is fully ready for live use.
The work includes reviewing and cleaning Wix Forms data by deleting only clearly identifiable test submissions from the Team Form and Contact Page, while leaving any genuine or uncertain entries untouched and flagged for review. Final entry counts will be confirmed after cleanup.
CMS display fields will be updated so records show readable identifiers such as applicant name or email instead of system UUIDs, making the backend usable at a glance.
The Booking Form and Client Bookings connections will be checked and confirmed so real bookings appear correctly in the Wix Bookings system.
Calendar availability will be locked down by setting business hours to Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and blocking all dates until go-live is explicitly confirmed.
A full end-to-end booking test will be performed using a temporary zero-price method to validate the real booking flow without charging a card. The service price will be restored immediately after testing.
A short screen recording walkthrough will be provided covering where bookings appear in the backend, how to assign providers, what emails are sent automatically to customers and staff, how to block or open dates, and how to process refunds.
Duplicate email notifications will also be reviewed to confirm whether they are expected system behaviour or caused by overlapping automations.
