Turn two inconsistent spreadsheet exports into one checked dataset for reporting. This fixed-price package covers two compatible Excel or CSV files, with a combined maximum of 5,000 rows and 20 columns.
You receive one cleaned dataset in Excel or CSV format, a short change log and a validation summary. Work includes exact duplicate handling using an agreed key, consistent date/text formats, consolidation of compatible columns and flags for missing or conflicting values. Source and output row counts are reconciled so changes can be reviewed.
Missing facts and ambiguous matches are flagged rather than guessed. Two revision rounds to the agreed cleanup rules are included.
Manual research, enrichment, OCR, scraping, fuzzy matching, complex multi-table joins, dashboards, live-system updates and repeat automation are excluded. This is offline file preparation; no live database, Shopify or accounting-system changes are included.
