Clean and format one Excel or Google Sheet up to 1,000 rows

I will clean and format ONE Excel or Google Sheets worksheet (or one CSV file) of up to 1,000 rows, delivered in 2 days for a fixed $15.

Included:
- Remove duplicate rows and blank entries
- Fix formatting (fonts, column widths, header row, number/text formats, trimmed spaces)
- Standardize dates to one format and standardize text (names, capitalization, consistent spelling)
- Sort and add filters to the header row
- One worksheet, up to 1,000 rows
- The cleaned file returned plus a short note listing what changed

Not included:
- More than one sheet or more than 1,000 rows (see the fixed add-on for +1,000 rows)
- Formulas, lookups, merges between files, macros/VBA or scripts
- Charts, dashboards or pivot tables
- Data entry, research or filling in missing data
