Clean and categorise a messy spreadsheet with AI, 5,000 rows

The spreadsheet grew over years. Three people typed into it, half the company names are in capitals, the same customer appears four times, and the category column says things like "misc 2".

I'll clean it with a mix of scripts and AI and hand it back in the same format, within 1 day.

What you get, for up to 5,000 rows:
- Names, emails, phone numbers and addresses formatted one way
- Duplicates found and merged, including near-matches like "Smith Ltd" and "Smith Limited"
- Each row sorted into categories you set (up to 25), with the AI's choices checked on a sample
- Empty or broken values flagged in a separate column
- A summary tab showing what changed, how many duplicates were merged and which rows need a human look
- Your original file left untouched

I've built AI tools that read supplier price lists and archives of past quotes, so I'm used to files that don't follow any rules.

Before you order, send a sample of 50 rows and your list of categories, or ask me to suggest one. The AI works only with what's in the file and won't guess missing data. Personal data is used for this job only and deleted afterwards.
