Hello, I'm Sue, an experienced website usability tester. I can carry out a heuristic evaluation of your website :- design, layout and navigation and offer a full report to improve user experience. Usability testing is last on everybody’s list of priorities. It’s time-consuming, can require specialist equipment, and is often expensive to outsource.

I give accurate and honest feedback on all my site evaluations, and I do this from the perspective of the behaviour of a typical user, visitor or customer visiting and interacting with your site.
