What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To get started I'll need the following from you:

Your business name, trade type, and the areas you cover
Your business phone number (the number your AI receptionist will answer)
Your existing booking/calendar link (e.g. Cal.com, Calendly, or similar) — or your preferred callback number if you don't use online booking
A brief description of the types of jobs you typically quote for and any services you don't cover
Your preferred AI voice style (I'll send you samples to choose from)
Any specific questions your AI should always ask callers (e.g. postcode, type of job, urgency)
Optional but useful: • Your website address (so I can tailor the script to match your brand tone) • Any social media accounts (so I can understand how you currently communicate with customers) • Any existing FAQ or call scripts you already use

Once I have the above I can usually have your AI receptionist live within 3-5 working days. I'll send you a test call recording before going live so you can approve the script.
