What the Freelancer needs to start the work

I need access to the dev environment of Alation Data Catalog either through VPN connectivity or a dedicated VDI. Also, I need server admin as a role in Data Catalog because it supports access to all API. Refer API by roles- https://developer.alation.com/dev/docs/alation-apis-by-roles
