This Offer is intended for campaigns of up to 10,000 recipients. If you have larger mailing lists or recurring email campaigns, please feel free to contact me before placing your order. I'll be happy to discuss your requirements and provide a customised quotation where appropriate.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To help me prepare and deliver your email campaign professionally, please provide:
✔ Your email content (text, images, logos, and links).
✔ Your email design or layout, if available (PSD, PDF, Figma, HTML, image, or similar). We can also start with a draft and refine it together until it matches your expectations.
✔ Your mailing list (CSV or Excel format).
✔ Your preferred sender ("From") name.
✔ The Reply-To email address. By default, I will use my own sending setup and configure replies to be forwarded to your designated email address. Alternatively, I can send using your preferred email address (excluding Gmail, Yahoo, or other non-editable email accounts). This option requires verification of your email address and, where necessary, updating your domain's DNS records.
✔ Your company or website name.
✔ The purpose of the campaign (newsletter, promotion, announcement, event, etc.).
✔ Your preferred sending date and time.
Please ensure that your mailing list contains valid email addresses and that you have the necessary permission to contact the recipients.
If I'm creating the HTML email template for you, please also provide your branding guidelines, approved content, and any design references or examples you would like me to follow.
