Build an AI quoting agent: email request in, PDF quote out

Quoting eats your week. A customer emails a list of items, sometimes in an Excel file, sometimes in a PDF, sometimes in the body of the email. Someone looks up each item, checks the price list and old quotes, builds the document and replies. By then a faster competitor has answered.

I'll build an AI agent that prepares the quote for you:
- Reads incoming requests from one mailbox, including Excel, PDF and Word attachments
- Matches each item to your price list or catalogue (up to 5,000 lines) and to past quotes
- Calculates the total with your rules: quantity breaks, delivery, margins, VAT
- Produces a branded PDF quote and a reply email
- Sends it to you for one-click approval, or straight to the customer for simple requests if you choose
- Flags items it couldn't match so a person can price them
