4. What tools or platforms do you currently use? (CRM, helpdesk, email, booking system — any integrations you need)

5. Where will the chatbot be deployed? (your website, a landing page, WhatsApp, Telegram, internal tool)

6. AI model preference:
— Closed source (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini) — more powerful, requires API subscription
— Open source (Llama, Mistral via Hugging Face) — more control, lower ongoing cost
— No preference — I will recommend based on your needs
