What you get with this Offer
If your team keeps asking the same questions and the answers are buried in PDFs, policies, manuals or old proposals, I'll build an assistant that reads your documents and answers from them. Each answer shows which document it came from, so you can check it rather than just trust it.
I've built this kind of system before. One helps a content team write drafts that stay on brand, has been in daily use since July 2026, and was tested against blind ratings from people. I was also part of a team of four that combined eight search methods to find citations across 20,000 papers.
You get:
- An assistant over up to 50 of your documents
- A simple web page to ask it questions
- Answers that cite the source document
If you're not sure it fits, message me first.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Your documents (or a sample to start), the kinds of questions people ask, and who'll use the assistant. If any documents are confidential, tell me first and we'll agree how they're handled.
