Build a Telegram bot that turns voice notes into text and tasks

You think of things while driving or walking the dog, record a voice note to yourself and never listen to it again. Typing on the go isn't much better.

I'll build a private Telegram bot that does the tidying for you.

What you get:
- Voice messages and audio files transcribed in English or most major languages
- Cleaned-up text, with filler words removed and punctuation added
- Tasks, dates and people picked out by the AI, which you confirm with one tap
- Saving to one destination: Notion, Google Sheets, Todoist, Trello or a simple list inside the bot
- Short commands such as /today, /list and /done
- A reminder at the time you mention ("call the supplier at 3pm")
- Access limited to you, or to up to 10 team members
- Deployment on your server, running around the clock

I've built Telegram bots for teams that run stand-ups and send deadline reminders on a schedule, using Python and aiogram 3.

Before you order, tell me which task app you use and I'll confirm it has an API I can connect to. Long meeting recordings need a different setup and are not part of this offer.
