What you get with this Offer
Booking by phone and DMs means messages at 11pm, double bookings and clients who forget to turn up. A booking website is one more thing for them to open.
I'll build a Telegram bot that takes bookings and sends reminders by itself.
What you get:
- Up to 15 services with prices and durations
- Up to 5 staff members, each with their own working hours and days off
- Clients choose the service, the staff member and a free slot in a few taps
- Reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit (you can change the times)
- Cancel and reschedule buttons right in the reminder
- An instant message to you or the staff member for every booking
- A simple admin inside the bot: today's bookings, block a slot, add a day off
- Optional sync with Google Calendar
- Deployment on your server, running around the clock
It suits salons, barbers, tutors, therapists, repair services and photographers.
I've built many Telegram bots and Mini Apps, including a team bot that sends stand-ups and deadline reminders on a schedule, so timed messages and time zones are familiar ground.
Online prepayment is not in the base price and is available as an add-on. Send me your services and opening hours before you order, and I'll confirm the setup.
