Build a Telegram AI bot for team standups and deadlines

Your team talks in Telegram, but tasks and deadlines live somewhere else, and the daily check-in turns into twenty messages nobody reads. Someone has to chase everyone, and that someone is usually you.

I'll build a project assistant that lives in your Telegram group:
- Daily standups on a schedule: it asks each person what they did, what's next and what's blocking them, then posts one short summary
- Tasks with owners and deadlines, added with a simple message or command
- Reminders before deadlines and a nudge when something is overdue
- Answers to questions from your project documents (specs, briefs, meeting notes), up to 100 pages, with the source named
- A weekly summary for the manager covering what's done, late and blocked
- Room for up to 30 people in one or several groups

This is based on Telego, the project management tool I built inside Telegram. It runs standups and deadlines on schedule, searches project documentation with RAG, and reads DWG and DXF drawings for construction teams.

The bot is written in Python with aiogram 3 and runs on your server or a small VPS. The data stays in your own PostgreSQL database.
