Hosting charges and AI API usage costs are not included in the Offer price. These costs are usually low for small-volume chatbots and will be paid directly through your own accounts.
Advanced features such as payment integration, appointment booking, CRM integration, lead management, external APIs, databases, multilingual workflows, or complex automation can also be developed as additional services.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To get started, please provide:
- Your preferred platform: Telegram, WhatsApp, or website chatbot
- Your business name and a short description of your business
- FAQs, services, pricing, opening hours, policies, or any other information the chatbot should know
- Your preferred chatbot tone, such as professional, friendly, simple, or formal
- Any specific questions or customer scenarios you want the chatbot to handle
- Your logo or brand colors if the chatbot will be added to your website
- Access or required credentials for your website, hosting, Telegram Bot, or WhatsApp Business setup, where applicable
- Your OpenAI or Claude API details, or I can guide you on how to create the required account
