Build a small Laravel Web Application

I can provide a web based application that can be used for a simple purpose. I use the Laravel 5 PHP framework and the choice of MySQL or MongoDB to store data. Behaviour is used with the choice of JQuery or plain vanilla Javascript.

A thorough understanding of requirements is needed to ensure the work is carried out completely to specification. Any extras or maintenance after the final system is delivered will not be covered in the price.

Make sure nothing is ambiguously defined when providing requirements. Everything has to be explained thoroughly to avoid any miscommunication or disagreements.
