Payment Terms & Conditions:
We prefer to work hourly, but do take fixed fee projects as long as the project scope and requirements are well defined.
For fixed-fee projects less than £2,000 payment terms are:
100% project fund set up in escrow with PPH at the start of the project in 2 parts.
50% released on completion of the first half of the project
The remaining 50% released at completion of the project.
We put our agency name in the credit section on the footer of all websites / web apps / mobile apps that we create through PPH. If you are an agency yourself or would like to white label the website / app (i.e. remove / replace our name from the footer) a white labeling charge of up to 20% of the project cost may apply. Our bid price on projects on PPH does not include a white labeling fee unless specifically stated in our bid proposal.
