The website is maintained by us, branded on your domain, but hosted and optimised on our servers.
You will not own the website.
You will be given access to manage the ecommerce side of the site, not to run the website or script.
You will need your own DVLA API key.
Any additional functionality outside of the current API retrieval also needs to be quoted for seperately.
This was partially built for a long term client who has since gone out of business before completion.
